Coming from the north on SH1

Stay in left-most lane coming down Ngauranga Gorge. When approaching railway over bridge, slow down to prepare for sharp left hand turn up Glover Street. Grouse Lighting is 60m up Glover Street on the left.

Coming from the north on SH2

Stay in left-most lane coming along motorway, look for Ngauranga/Porirua/Picton Ferry off ramp. Enter right hand lane of off ramp as you go through motorway underpass. At traffic lights head straight then veer slightly right in the intersection to head up Centennial Highway towards Ngauranga Gorge, stay in right hand lane. Take Glover Street exit, travelling through the motorway underpass. Glover Street runs straight up the hill, Grouse Lighting is 60m on the left.

Coming from the south on SH1

Stay in left lanes to take fork to Porirua/Palmerston North. Head up Ngauranga Gorge, stay in left-most lane and take Newlands exit. Immediately after over bridge, make right hand turn to take Wellington City/Hutt Valley on ramp to head back down Ngauranga Gorge. Stay in left-most lane coming down Ngauranga Gorge. When approaching railway over bridge, slow down to prepare for sharp left hand turn up Glover Street. Grouse Lighting is 60m up Glover Street on the left.

Coming from the south on Hutt Road

Stay in centre lane approaching traffic lights at Hutt Road/Centennial Highway intersection. At traffic lights veer left to head up Centennial Highway towards Ngauranga Gorge, stay in right hand lane. Take Glover Street exit, travelling through the motorway underpass. Glover Street runs straight up the hill, Grouse Lighting is 60m on the left.
